I only lost a lb...arghh! But that is ok..only been a couple of weeks now and every week I learn and try something new to eat plus different workouts with my swollen ankles :)
79.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
