I'm VERY tired tonight was busy at work and didn't have time to take my dinner break so didn't get dinner till after 9:30 still have only eaten 1300+ calories and need to eat more just too tired I think I'm going to settle on a third protein shake which is bad but it's all I'm up to fixing! I feel down bc I'm still having trouble with constipation and everytime I do I gain weight instead of lose.
130.9 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 40.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Myree, I'm pretty sure that the reason that I was so tired on Induction was my lack of calories..I DID loose @ 1300, but I think if I'd have eaten more I would have lost AND had more energy. Make sure that you are getting over 1500/day and getting plenty of sodium.
