Having a treat tonight made homemade rice pudding used skimmed milk so hopefully it will stll thicken, normally use semi anyway will no in half an hour, so that is what I am having for dinner.
117.9 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
