Up a few pounds, but during the week, I work out after practice so my weigh-ins are in the am without the benefit of working out before hand
101.8 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My husband always weighs after his workout - during which and after which he wrings lots of sweat from his workout clothes. I am amazed at the amount of water he loses. Maybe you are the same way. I met one of the tackles on my son's team this morning. A fine looking young man. Go get 'em Coach!
