killed it in the gym today. 20 minutes steady pace on assault bike, then 10 minutes of Tabatha cycles w my trainer...onto weighted pushups (3 sets w 20lb vest...20, 15, 12, 6), trap bar deadlifts at 255 and finish w 46lb kettlebells swings.

Dinner/post workout meal steamed chicken and broccoli sauce on the side and 1/2 cup brown rice.
83.3 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
