好朋友終於走了!
今天做了失敗的戚風蛋糕,但還是吃了好幾口啊!
鹹豬肉、奶蓋紅茶、西洋芹,
晚上體重54.3
53.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
