被媽媽說好像胖了,體重明明有降,但被說胖了的感覺真差

胖的時候友人沒說變胖反倒是瘦回以前的體重說妳胖了...不只心情差還覺得友人眼睛業障重ヽ(`Д´)ノ

可以量量看體脂率的變化,之前從54kg瘦到50kg看起來比更早前的50kg還胖,之後才發現是體脂率沒降反升,還瘦到肌肉QQ。 體重不是重點,重點是肌肉跟脂肪的比例,那才是影響身型的關鍵喔💪。
