All night, I battled the 'want' for something to eat. For maybe the first time ever, I recognized that it was only psychological. I was able to move on without a snack, and was delighted to see another loss! My first goal, 5% loss, is within reach!
107.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
