明天絕對不能量體重,因為今天晚上根本瘋狂亂吃,和媽媽去逛了一圈夜市,買了鹹水雞和鹹酥大魷魚,又買了珍奶,今天也不管熱量了,吃就對了,讓自己偶爾這樣吃也不錯,明天好好努力減回來,加油。
