Today's weigh in marks the completion of 8 weeks of eating Keto and tracking macros. My goal was 25 lb and I almost made it! That is the scale victory. The non-scale victories are many. The biggest is less pain due to decreased inflammation, more energy, and the freedom from not having to think about what I'm going to eat.
