I should clarify. We had people over for bbq. Also had smokies. So I'm probably just retaining water. But still always sad to see the scale going the wrong way

Happens to me too. I lose get excited then I’ll crave something and water weight creeps in and the scale goes up and you feel bad. It will come down-always does
