When u hit a plateau and still would like to lose weight, take away another thing...caloric drinks (soda,juice,etc)

it might, you eat with deficit of calories or you eat your daily calorie norm , or your brain is exhausted of diet and this time when you have a rest is comfortable for your body and your brain is not afraid of "hunger" and it doesn't require to spare fats in your body any more, it can be an effective approach (method) to reload your metabolism and to calm your mind!:)

But you shouldn't addict(Idk if this word is suitable for this situation) with eating without calorie counting before you rich your goal, you can mix these types of nutrition and it's okay, regardless of getting harmful food there is a good push to continue your healthy lifestyle!:)

In fact I only had time to eat maruchan soup and many other things like home-made meals that are not considered keto for the high amount of carbohydrates. Of course nothing fried.
I know I need to eat healthier like low carb. Thanks for the support to everyone c:
