I went out to eat last night and I over did it a little. I have been trying to get in a little more exercise to counteract it though. I feel happy. Today we are having a banquet lunch. I should be able to control myself there because the food is usually bland. I will skip the free booze too. Tonight we get to see BB King! I can't wait!
