Little by little! I had to adjust my daily intake because of the weight I have lost, so I should be back on track to steadily lose weight again. I haven't been gaining, but wasn't losing either. Woohoo, happy hump -day!
73.4 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great work! I'm not looking forward to having to curtail my food more as I lose weight, but I guess the alternative is worse, right? Congrats on 26 pounds gone (not lost, because you're not going to find them again, right?!?!?).

Thanks for all the encouraging comments! I feel the same way, I love being active but dislike traditional exercise. I am looking forward to fall and cooler weather to increase my activies and calories burn, and not have to eat less. I plan to get alot of hiking and geocaching in!
