第87天 早餐乳清蛋白一杯 香蕉一根 茶葉蛋白2顆 午餐豚骨拉麵半碗 烤鮭魚半份 無糖豆漿半瓶 今天上重訓訓練30分 20分深蹲 10分放鬆 有量體重體脂 體重沒變 體脂降1.3 肌肉長0.1 還好還好 哈哈哈😂
