It would seem that I only lose weight every other week & its around the 7 lb mark. Maybe the meat is stopping weight lose or muscle mass is playing a part?
126.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 50.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
