Had a great recovery day yesterday! Diet is back on track. Mostly vegetarian yesterday except the meat sauce. Even had banana "ice cream" - my new favorite dessert:)
73.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
