No pain no gain. This week I can't do the deficit calories and eat healthy so, maybe almost maintenance and my focus on the others side of my life aspect. Thank Allah to give me so many blessing this week I do my exams and done so many assignment. :)
65 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
