12 more pounds to go i barely log food in anymore but im still on point . I have realized that as long as i dont over eat on the regular its ok to have a little treat .

119.2 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg. Still to go: 5.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
