第77天 早餐乳清蛋白一杯 香蕉一根 茶葉蛋白2顆 午餐 鵝肉米粉一碗 湯沒喝 晚餐 又來吃居酒屋喝我最愛喝的啤酒 哈哈 因為教練要開會 所以今天只有上重訓訓練30分鐘 😂
