I lost one pound this week. I have been working out every day and building muscle so I think that's why I haven't lost more. I have to remind myself that this is a lifestyle change and that it doesn't have to come off immediately. In the past I have lost a lot of weight in two weeks and then quit. This time I am doing it right with exercise and diet and I think I will like the end result much better. Okay, so I am going to do my 10 victory burpees today before my workout! I was telling my sister about how empowering it is to be in control of my body and what I choose to eat. I can see that before, the food was really controlling me.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
