I'm absolutely loving the little baby steps with the weight loss but I know it will come to an end when Phase 1 ends on Monday. I'm nervous about that but will continue to plug away. I absolutely dread the exercising every day but feel so proud of myself when it's over. I found it's best to do it right after work before dinner to get it over with. I miss fruit too. I can't wait to add that back.
