weight plateaued...getting frustrated
102.1 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there! Try to mix things up a bit, I always added a bit more fat and cut my calories back a bit. Thats what worked for me, just a thought for you. Best of luck!

Plateaus happen. This time is my third time on Atkins. I've had up and down weight counts. This site has really help me to identify where I needed to make adjustments. I find that focusing on the other positive changes in my body keeps me motivated. As Debbily said hang in there. I'm also on diuretics for high blood pressure which is one of the things that can slow or halt weight loss. You may want to re-read the section in the book too see if any of the things that can slow weight loss apply to you. That really helped me.
