第62天 早餐乳清蛋白一杯 香蕉一根 茶葉蛋白2顆 午餐 火鍋一份只吃牛肉 青菜 草蝦 晚餐沙朗牛排半份 偷吃了一杯芋頭花生冰 哈 今天上了一小時活力有氧 滾輪放鬆一小時
