I worked out last night even though I was in huge pain from starting out. It was so hard but I was proud of myself when it was over. I actually felt better because my muscles were warm and so they hurt less. I'm dreading today's workout though because I'm so sore and it's a lot of jumping, kickboxing, etc. Ouch!!! I'm following the diet perfectly. Staring at the jelly beans at work is tough though I have to admit. I'm dying to have some!! No sugar in Phase 1 so I've got to stick to it.
