第59天 早餐乳清蛋白一杯 茶葉蛋白2顆 香蕉一條 午餐無糖豆漿一瓶 堅果葡萄麵包半個 無調味堅果一份 今天上重訓訓練一小時 果然一個禮拜沒上課 做沒幾下就沒力氣了😂 體重沒升反降 慘了😭該不會又瘦到肌肉吧⋯
