Adjusted things a little and have been at this weight for a few days which is what I wanted. Don't want to keep losing weight without putting on any muscle so I'll work on maintaining until I can lift again. Keto strips still showing nothing, but I'll keep at it.
53.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
