昨天晚上心情不好 吃不多 2/3碗小碗雞魯飯+燙空心菜 加上有去跑步兩公里 便秘好幾天了因為有運動所以昨天有順利的上廁所 今天早上量體重整整減了半公斤😂減超過55了接下來就是想辦法維持就好了💪🏻
