I went back on South Beach Phase 1 last Monday. I have followed it perfectly up until yesterday (Easter Sunday) when I had mashed potatoes, bread and a chocolate turtle.... MMMmmmm.... yummy. I didn't feel guilty though because I started exercising on Saturday and did it again on Sunday. I'm doing a program called Power 90. It transforms your body in 90 days. It works really well!! It's an old program so anyone interested in buying it could get it cheap, cheap now. It's 6 days of exercising for approximately 28-35 minutes a day. I'm in pain today because my muscles don't know what hit them!! lol How's everyone doing? ..... Julie....
