隔了兩個月小紅終於來了
被說不能亂減肥會停經
我嚇到了
希望結束能恢復正常

早餐 木瓜150+香蕉100+蝦米炒瓠瓜150+蒜味四季豆140+泰式醬+南瓜150
早餐一吃完就嘴饞 太陽餅60+大溪江家花生糖80

中餐 水煮蛋1+玉米260
嘴饞 好時巧克力1+巧克力牛奶糖1+炸彈奶酥麵包0.5顆
晚餐 醃製筍醬蒸鱸魚半隻+炒空心菜100+蒜苗臘肉50+雞爪1

肚痛靜止不動一天

依然 肚漲
就停止蠕動

早 體重49體脂22.7
晚 體重49.9體脂21.6
49 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.6 kg a Week
