就停止蠕動
早午餐 優格+木瓜+香蕉+ 南瓜燜肉的南瓜+蔬菜餅很多吃完它*眼不見為淨+鹼粽有灑紅糖
晚 苜蓿草-泰式醬+南瓜+海苔咖哩味
嘴饞 南瓜籽+洛神花茶好甜
