Went for a walk last night and hope to get another one in today. At least I didn't go up on the scale since I did have a pretty high cal lunch yesterday, but managed to stay -500 cal total yesterday:)
74.5 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
