昨天上午防彈咖啡
午餐炒青菜+鮪魚罐頭+黃秋葵+炒雞蛋+M辣香雞堡去麵包
晚餐香雞排+肉燥+炒青菜+虱目魚+M炸雞塊+薯條+南瓜子(因為世足、多吃宵夜)
