I was in low calorie low carb diet. Lost from 130 now to 118 kg by meal prep so I be more organized . From today and for 7 days I'll be zero carb .
118 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
