This wasn't a surprise, we've replaced the scales now. If I don't lose next week, I'll have to revisit my calorie calculator. I'm still not as active as I usually am because of my shoulder but I have been to crossfit three times and after tonight, I will have run three times too.
65.0 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
