well, i am not sure what i was expecting. and it's hard to know whether to be disappointed or happy considering i am not exactly sure what i weighed to begin with, it was just a guess. so, i suppose that it being less than i thought i was when i started is a plus. it is also the middle of the day and i was fully clothed. so, yeah, i suppose i don't have much to go on. i did purchase a scale, it should be delivered next week, so at least then i can have some internal consistency when i decide to use it.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
