To everyone here who’s trying to make a change way to go. Just remember if you whatever you’re trying to do is making you cranky and feels like you might not be able to keep it up in the long run, reconsider your diet. Look at it as a lifestyle change and not a diet. Cheers !
80.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
