上班時吃飯都很正常
午餐自己煮地瓜葉+秋葵+鯖魚
晚餐空心菜+蛤蜊湯+韭菜水煎包(去皮)+牛肉
昨天晚上腰很酸、懷疑腎臟會不會發炎,還是MC要來報到了?遲到第二天了
