Few! Was expecting a little more than that after seeing the girls last night.... was very good with my alcohol intake! Normally sink 1-2 BOTTLES! 😳 Thankfully last night just stuck to vodka with a couple of cheeky glasses of prosecco! Tapas style dinner which meant it was easy to watch how much I was eating 🙋🏻‍♀️ smashed the gym yesterday - 45min spin which helped!

78.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
