I feel like crap I skipped one day of my work out routine and now I have no motivation what so ever to walk three miles today. The crappy feeling might also be my consicnece yelling at me for eating a unhealthy snack last night who knows?
131.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 54.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
