Why u do that... Just need u fat los not mussels los ... Go to calories defecate... I give guarantee that u los fat not mussels.

Dr Melvin you are wrong. Keto is excellent for weight loss and also improves your health overall. I am a doctor too and i have been on keto for 6 months. Although i do not suffer from metabolic syndrome/insulin resistance/hypothyroidism/pcos etc i still found myself gaining weight in spite of jogging daily and eating with a calorie deficit (mostly steamed proteins and veggies). Keto not only helped me lose weight, I was also able to finally eat around the amount of calories a normal woman can. My mind was sharper, i have more energy. And oh LDL was normal and HDL was slightly higher (for people who think keto makes your bad cholesterol shoot up). And this wasnt a 1 or 2 month experience. Its been almost half a year and this is my experience. Id encourage people to go for Keto after getting an overall health check up. It is specially good if you have been calorie restricting for years, have insulin resistance etc.
and Zareef Khan keto doesnt cause muscle loss. You are not aiming for a protein deficit. If you follow the keto diet properly its abt restricting carbs and sugar. You are required to consume enough protein to prevent muscle loss. I definitely shaped up wonderfully and got way better muscle definition that i did with with the jogging and calorie restriction

iam just in 2nd week into keto. let me analyse the results myself for a month. after that I will surely share my detailed keto diet plan, modified for Indian food. time being most important thing in keto diet is to restrict to 70% fat, 20%protein and 10%carbs

Rohan. Would really like to know your keto plan. With indian dietary habits one has to be imaginative to work around this diet. Myself did not start but yet.

I m on Keto.. i start my day with a glass of warm water and cinnamon.. then i take bulletproof coffee.
For breakfast i take two whole sunny side up with two slice of cheese.
Then after two hour one black coffee again.
For lunch 100 gm of butter roasted chicken, a cup of dahi and a glass of green tea and some veggies
Then for evening snack i take some peanuts with coffee
For dinner two eggs, with cheese, bulletproof coffee
