Day 1: (Again) It's always hard to start over again. The very first time I began losing weight was by accident and over time it just became something natural. Yes, I did have to work for it, but it was so routine and I loved seeing the results. Eating well and exercising were so rewarding to me and over the course of a few years I was down 170 lbs. Fast forward 4 years, and I have gained back nearly 50 of the 170 lbs. that I had lost. I try to remind myself that I'm still down 120 lbs and I have done an okay job, but it's just so hard to get back into it when you do not feel motivated. I hope this new community can help me get back on track and help me feel like my old self again. Here's to new beginings!

It’s a lifelong struggle for all of us. I hate it when people say “well obviously your diet didn’t work if you’re gaining again”. Nope, sorry, this is food addiction and it will be a daily fight forever no matter how I choose to lose. You’ve got a good attitude. You can do it!!

Thanks for the support everyone, I can already tell I'm in a great, supportive place! Yes, this is a food addiction and it will be something I too struggle with every day. We just have to think positive thoughts and try our personal best 😄
