I can't believe it! I'm under 150. After about a week of holding steady, I weighed in this morning and am 3 lbs lighter. I've noticed a pattern now. I'll lose 2-3 pounds in a day and then hold steady for a while. I don't know why or how it works but I'm not going to be discouraged when that scale doesn't move anymore. If I just keep on eating well it'll come off in it's own way. This is so encouraging, just makes me want to keep going. I am sooo happy!
