I really blew it with lunch today. I got half chicken salad sandwich and corn chowder. Come to find out they gave me chips with my combo. How nice of them. So naturally I ate them. Soup and sandwich can be a pretty good bet, but not with the ones I got. Oh well. Salad for dinner I guess.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
