Wow! I've lost 7 pounds. I seriously cannot believe I'm actually sticking with it this time. And seeing the weight come off is the biggest incentive to keep going. I guess it's like quitting smoking, you have to really make up your mind and do it. None of this wishy-washy stuff I usually try. I just hope I can keep doing it. No, I know I can keep doing it. The funniest thing is I don't even crave all that salty junk food that I used to love. I have actually come to like, and look forward to the salads and the fruit.
