The scales were obviously teasing me with a 1/2 pound loss yesterday, because I was back up to Saturday's final BTBW Challenge weigh-in weight this morning, despite being very good over the weekend, especially on the exercise front. Oh well, I'm sure it'll start coming off again soon.

I'm going to start weighing in here daily to keep myself accountable - we'll see how that goes!
72.3 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
