I suppose the walking is really making a difference. I walked an hour in the afternoon and another 40 mins at night. I lost weight again, .6lb.
Loosing weight just motivates me even more. I have given myself very small goals and the last goal was to break free of the 180's. I am very proud today.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
