I've yoyo'd with my weight my whole life. I've lost weight I've gained weightier seems to be a never ending cycle. I now need a hip operation & I can't have it until I lose almost half my body weight. as it is I can hardly walk at the moment. I know how to eat healthily I know how to make good choices but every time I get to a certain point or someone tells me how well I'm doing I start to sabotage myself. why I don't know. I really don't want to be this size or in constant pain. I need to help myself before the NHS can help my body. so today is a new start. a genuine attempt to loose weight and become the thinner healthier happier person I deserve to be.
