Back again after a 3 week trip to Europe and a subsequent month of staying off track and back on the junk-food-wagon. Ugh, up 7.5lb in 2 months. Time to start tracking again and be accountable for all the junk I've been eating...
77.3 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
