Wow, I think this is only the 2nd time ever where I actually LOST weight over the weekend - how'd that happen??? I stuck with the plan for my granddaughter Alex's birthday party at Cheesecake Factory, the balsamic chicken was so big I brought 2/3rds of it home with me, also had the low-carb strawberry cheesecake while there. For some reason, however, I did not run or make it to they gym this weekend, shame on me! But I did probably burn a few calories taking Alex shopping for new jeans for her birthday (darn kids, why do they grow?), and because we were quite full from the party there were no snacks. I spent Sunday doing some house cleaning & yard work, plus transplanting a few indoor plants, that's about it. Hopefully this week I'll make it to the gym on Wednesday, & do some running on Tues/Thurs. Really need to get back into that!
